We usually had about 8 wines by-the-glass. Our wines were from Rosforth & Rosforth, Melin Vin and Vinikultur; local sparkling apple wines and ciders were from Nagelsbjerg Vin; beers on tap were from Kølster malt & beer; coffee was roasted by Copenhagen Coffee Lab; and our teas were from the selection of our neighbours Bottega Luigia.
Drinks were paired with a simple menu suited to a late lunch (coffee and lunch plates), a light dinner (with toasted sandwiches and salads), or a little later (cheese boards and small desserts).
We held events, such as exhibition openings, magazine launches, talks, performances and screenings, and every Thursday we hosted Lutter Øre, a series of concerts arranged by several musicians from Copenhagen’s experimental music scene – including Håkon Berre, Rasmus Kjær, Marcela Lucatelli, Henrik Olsson, and Henrik Pultz Melbye – presenting a wide and varied program focused on free improvisation and contemporary compositional music.
